The week sugar detox is an amazing menu for the needs you have. Carbs are not allowed for the week not even fruits. There won’t be cravings, or boring meals or starvation.
The menu for 7 days
breakfast is eggs, cheese and spinach bake. Snack is tamari almonds and lunch is cheese and sweet pepper popper with greens. Snack is three boiled eggs and dinner is chicken stuffed, cucumber, spinach, tomato and feta. Snack is ¼ ricotta and stevia with vanilla ¼ tsp.
breakfast is sun dry tomato, feta as frittata, snack is tamari and lunch is leftover chicken with poppers. Snack is veggies and spinach dip. Dinner is Asian lettuce cups with turkey, sautéed spinach and pepper with mushrooms. Snack is a cheese stick.
Breakfast is smoothie with PB and no protein powder. Snack is 3 eggs boiled without yolk. Lunch is turkey cups, green salad, cucumber, pepper, tomato, oil and vinegar. Snack is frittata of feta. Dinner is grill chicken, herbs, soup with no carrots. Snack is chia vanilla pudding without sugar.
Breakfast is sante fe frittata, snack is 1 cheese stick. Lunch is grill chicken, snack is sugarless PB and celery. Dinner is some crock pot chicken, bean stew, zucchini bites and cheese. Snack is ½ cup low fat cheese and cucumber.
Breakfast is sante fe, snack is spicy Mediterranean dip with veggies and feta. Lunch is left over soup, greens, cucumber, sweet pepper, tomato, vinegar, oil. Snack is feta, cucumber, tomato. Dinner is low carb cheese stick, bread, green beans. Snack is chia pudding.
Breakfast is 1 serve crust-free egg muffins, snack is ½ cup cottage cheese, ricotta and a bit vanilla or stevia. Lunch is bread and cheese sticks with green beans. Snack is veggies and the Mediterranean dip. Dinner is garlic with some lemon, chicken drumsticks, zucchini, noodles and snack is three boiled eggs with no yolks+ hummus.
For breakfast have scrambled eggs, spinach sautéed, no sugar salsa and mushrooms. Snack is half cup cottage cheese, lunch is veggie soup and zucchini bites. Snack is tamari and dinner is drumsticks with green beans. Snack is vanilla chia pudding.
Eggs and meats
1 pound turkey, 8 drumsticks, 8 chicken breasts, 8 oz pork or turkey sausage and 3 dozen eggs.
2 cups feta, 1 pack mozzarella, 1 pack cheddar, 1 carton almond milk, 16 ounces cottage cheese/ricotta, 2 packs cream cheese, 12 oz Greek yoghurt, a pack cheese sticks, 2 cups parmesan cheese and 8 oz gouda.
A stalk celery, 6 cucumbers, a bunch onions, 8 oz mushrooms, garlic, spinach 18 cups, frozen spinach, lemons 8, 1 red onion, 2 white onions, lettuce, 8 sweet peppers, 1 lb green beans, 1 pound mini peppers, 1 bag frozen green beans, 8 zucchini and one cauliflower.
Tomato sauce, salsa, hummus, olive oil, vinegar, stevia, sun dry tomato a jar, sesame oil, seeds, soy sauce, 2 cans chicken broth, 4 oz chia seeds, basil, cilantro, parsley, 1 jar PB and almonds.
