This is a syrup and helps in shrinking the waist and removing excess water. The items are good for eyesight, memory, hearing. The main item is horseradish which has vitamin C, B1, B6, potassium, B2, phosphorus and magnesium.
This item speeds metabolism, removes fatigue and makes good intestine bacteria.
- 125 g horseradish
- 4 lemons
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cm ginger root
Mix the ginger and horseradish in blender. Add the lemon and blend 3 more minutes. Add cinnamon and honey and mix again. Store this in glass jar. Have 1 tbsp 2 times daily before meals and before workouts. Have this for 3 weeks and pause for a few days.
