With a clisma, just small part of the colon gets cleaned or 50 cm. but with a bowel cleanse there are surgical instruments and this costs a lot too.
Try to have 1-3 tbsp linseed flour every day for 3 weeks and clean the large intestine and small one too from feces, waste, parasites and keep the microflora good. Also, regulate metabolism of lipids. The linseed gets all toxins and regulates cholesterol too.

- Week 1- 1 tbsp. linseed flour and 100 ml kefir
- Week 2- 2 tbsp. linseed flour and 100 ml kefir
- Week 3- 3 tbsp. linseed flour and 150 ml kefir
