Every diet needs to be adapted to every person. To follow it strict is good for best results in short time. Many diets supposedly work but they have no effect after some time and damage the health. this diet works and you can lose 10 kg in a week time. This was made by a cardiologist who changed this in a healthier way for less strain on us. This cannot work by itself, so you need workouts and activity at least 30 min daily.
This is the diet plan:
Breakfast- same every day, 1 fruit per choice except bananas and grapes.
Lunch is boiled egg, orange, 200 ml yoghurt.
Dinner is 2 tomatoes or cooked tomatoes 2 dl, 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices toast, ½ cucumber and lettuce.
Lunch is boiled egg, orange and cup yoghurt.
Dinner is orange, toast slice, 125 g cooked beef, cup tea or coffee without sugar
Lunch is boiled egg, orange and cucumber.
Dinner is orange, slice toast, 125 g cooked beef, cup tea or coffee no sugar.
Lunch is tomato, toast piece, 125 g cottage cheese.
Dinner is same as previous day.
Lunch is tomato, slice of toast, 200 g cooked fish or meat
Dinner is ½ pound cooked carrots, peas and potatoes
Cook the veggies with no salt. Do this for 5 days, pause 2 days and keep until day 8. No alcohol and see a doctor before this diet in case you have heart problems.
