Having a cup of coffee and coconut oil seems strange right? But, you must wonder why you need butter and coconut oil in the coffee, even though they are fat and calories.
This is why you need coconut in the coffee:
These days many people read labels on things they buy. They even count calories and do not look at all the label items. Most of them get no fat items, regardless everything else.
The truth is that adding fat in the diet is not for weight gain, but losing weight. The coconut oil speeds metabolism and burns calories too.
Compared to other oils, coconut is medium chain fat acids and has no long chain acids. This means, the medium acids are not processed the same way as long chain fats, so they boost metabolism.
A study claimed that a few tbsp. medium chain fats like coconut, regularly, made 5% more energy spending. This means you must add 120 calories of this every day. Also, the coffee won’t be greasy. This is creamy, rich, tasty and has cinnamon, coconut, vanilla and more. And it has no palm oil, artificial additives and sugars and preservatives.
For even better results, have this along a good breakfast.

What is the Bulletproof coffee?
This means it has a few tbsp. XCT oil or Brain Octane, grass fed butter and 2 cups coffee. This is all blended smooth.
The grass fed butter gives the coffee amazing buttery taste and it has no GMO, sugar or gluten. But, this butter also makes good cholesterol and this lowers the risk of heart issues. It also has vitamin K2 for better bones and lowers osteoporosis risk.
The XCT oil is stronger than the coconut. Also the first is coconut oil distilled and has lauric acid that kills fungi, bacteria and viruses. Also this makes physical and mental energy, cognition endurance and fat burning. So add this in the coffee and be healthy and energetic.
