Shermane believed she had good health, until the stroke. Also we have to say that she had risk of this for a long time since her genes predicted so; heart issues and hypertension.
The high pressure is also called hypertension and HBP and is really misunderstood. It is believed that this affects aggressive people, tense and A type people. but this is wrong and hypertension might happen to anyone.
Also, here is the mix to control the pressure.
Old German recipe for hypertension
- 4 lemons with peel
- 68 oz water
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 drops lavender oil
- 1 thumb ginger root
Wash and cut the lemons. Clean the garlic and peel the ginger. Blend them all and add this mix in a pan. Turn on heat and slowly add water. Mix all the time until it boils. Remove from heat to cool aside. Strain it and place it in glass bottle. Refrigerate.
Have it while hungry, 2 hours before eating. The smell of garlic is hidden by the ginger and lemon. Shake before use and enjoy.
Good foods for pressure – diet
Veggies, fruits, seeds.
Hypertension is also provoked with salt. Limit it to 1500-2000 mg daily.
This mineral lowers pressure. Eat bananas, melons, avocado.
Omega 3 foods
Great to remove inflammation. Flax, chia seed, salmon, beef.
The one that has 200 mg cocoa is the best type.
Foods to avoid
