Week 1- 1 tbsp flaxseed flour and kefir 100 ml
Week 2: 2 tbsp flaxseed flour and 100 ml kefir
Week 3: 3 tbsp flaxseed flour and 150 ml kefir
Also have 2 liters water daily and honey water even. If you cannot find this flour, make it: grind flaxseed.
This gets rancid so make fresh batches often, every day.
